Problem:
Hair donation supports children and patients worldwide who lose their hair due to medical treatments. Millions experience hair loss each year, yet the donation process remains fragmented and outdated. Many organizations struggle to balance trust, accessibility, and sustainable funding.

Solution:
loop is a hair care brand embedded with a donation program. 
It turns hair donation into a designed system of care, linking donors, salons, and recipients. The project explores the combination of a profit-based brand and a non-profit charity ecosystem.

HAIR DONATION SYSTEM- DONATION KIT

The kit guides donors through a hands-on giving experience while reinforcing transparency and inviting continued engagement through products, digital tracking, and community involvement. Donors will order the kit before making donation for free. 

Kit includes: 
Hair donation instructions, loop stickers, loop hair ties, loop product sample pack (1 of 5 variations), loop event brochure, and exclusive discount coupons.






HAIR DONATION SYSTEM - THANK YOU KIT

The Thank You Kit is designed to close the emotional gap between donation and impact. Many donation systems end after the hair is sent. loop reintroduces connection by acknowledging the donor and making the process visible.

Kit includes:
Donor certification card, loop sticker packs, loop hair donor pin, loop keyrings set (1 of 2 variations). loop notepad, loop pen, loop notebook (1 of 3 variations), a loop product sample pack (1 of 5 variations), loop event brochure.
